Role:  Brand Ambassador

Event:  Guest Lounge – PGA TOUR Championship Event

Overview: ATN Event Staffing is currently seeking dynamic brand ambassadors for the PGA TOUR Championship VIP lounge area sponsored by a prominent banking brand. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and assisting guests with complimentary amenities within the lounge.

Location/Date/Hours:

• Charlotte, NC
  • Tuesday, May 7th through Sunday, May 12th
    Detailed information regarding exact shift times will be provided for your review before confirming your commitment. Shift options vary in length, start and finish time. We will do our best to place you in your preferred shift.

Job Duties:

• Utilize iPads for efficient guest check-ins
• Distribute credentials and branded promotional items
• Manage queues and offer directional assistance
• Oversee event area, assist where needed, give information and keep space tidy
• General event tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, brand ambassadorship, customer service, or guest services is preferred
• Displays an outgoing and friendly demeanor while consistently upholding a professional image
