Role: Brand Ambassador

Event: AI Technology Conference

Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic and dependable Brand Ambassadors for an AI Technology conference. As part of our team you will be providing general event support.

About: This event brings leaders together to share their experience in how to responsibly bring AI into all areas of business. Innovators will have to opportunity to connect with peers and experts to forge trusted partnerships, modernize ways of working through the power of AI, and transform their businesses by improving sustainability practices.

Location/Date/Hours ( Staff is not required to work all days):

• Bellevue, WA
  • Monday, October 14th and Tuesday, October 15th (must be available both days)
    • Shift times and duration vary per role and shift. Most shifts are 7-12 hrs. Please discuss your availability with the staffing team when interviewing. We will do our best to place you in your preferred shift and you aren’t required to work all dates to be considered.

Job Duties: A brief paid training is provided on each event day and staff may be rotated between roles as needed.

• Work as part of our “street team” to promote/hype the conference
• Welcome guests and distribute pertinent information
• Assist with a seamless registration and check-in processes
• Offer directional support and manage lines efficiently
• Provide general event assistance as assigned

Qualifications:

• Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
• Previous experience in hospitality, brand ambassadorship, customer service, or guest services is a plus
