Event: Corporate Conference Event

Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking professional, reliable, outgoing and customer service oriented event staff for a large corporate conference.


  • San Francisco, CA
    • October 2nd – 9:00am – 1:00pm
    • October 3rd – 11:00am – 8:00pm
    • October 4th – 6:00 – 7:00pm (2 shifts)
    • October 5th – 10:00am – 3:00pm

Job Duties:

  • Registration Clerk: Distribute attendee badges, tickets and programs
  • Cashier: Process onsite registration for attendees
  • Badge Typists: Create/assemble onsite badges
  • Information Clerk: Answer questions related to program specifics
  • Kiosk Clerk: Monitor printing kiosks and assist meeting attendees with printing
  • Meeting Room Monitor: Take accurate headcount for each session, check badges and provide directional information


  • Must be professional, well-spoken and friendly
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude are a must
  • Administrative, hospitality and/or brand ambassador experience a plus but not required
