Role: Event Staff (seasonal)

Event:  Holiday Trail Hike Events

Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking temporary event staff team members to assist with a variety of tasks for a holiday lights trail hike event series.

*Outdoor/contactless – additional training materials and COVID safety guidelines will be provided upon booking*

You do not need to be available for all shifts. Occasional availability is acceptable!

Location/Date/Hours:

  • Commerce Charter Township, MI
    • December 4th – January 10th – Thursday to Sunday for 21 active days
      Closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day –  4:30pm – 9:30pm

Job Duties one or more of the following:

  • Directional assistance in the parking area
  • Floater for any area needed – concessions, trail monitor, ticket check-in
  • Trail monitoring – responsible for safety on the trail. Ensure guests are staying on the trail, remaining social distance and being respectful of the trails and displays.
  • Ticket check-in – take guests temperature and scan tickets (training will be provided onsite)

Qualifications:

  • Must be friendly, outgoing and have great customer service skills
  • No experience required but must be a team player, helpful and reliable.
  • A love for the holidays and good cheer is a plus!
