Overview
ATN Event Staffing is looking for a Field Market Manager and Brand Ambassador for a 2-day promotional event for a top energy service brand at a retail shopping fair.

Location: Lubbock, TX

Positions

Field Market Manager

Responsibilities:

• Pickup and transport event elements from office to venue
• Set up the event footprint with assistance from the brand ambassador
• Oversee and assist the brand ambassador during event execution
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the event area
• Provide on-site assistance as needed
• Pack up and transport elements back to the office

• • Requirements:
    • Some event marketing management experience
    • Confidence in transporting, setting up, and tearing down event areas
    • Well-spoken with professional communication skills
    • Availability for all listed event days

Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with event attendees
• Distribute premiums and prizes
• Assist with on-site gaming activities
• Maintain the tidiness of the event area and perform general tasks as assigned
  • Requirements:
    • Outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
    • Previous experience in hospitality, brand ambassadorship, customer service, or guest services is a plus

Event Dates

• Monday, January 22nd and Tuesday, January 23rd: 1:00pm – 9:00pm
