Role: Field Market Manager

Overview:
ATN is seeking an in market manager to oversee execution of weekly off premise sampling events in key accounts.
Locations:
- Des Moines, IA or Omaha, NE
Dates/Hours:
- July 29th – September 8th – 20 Hours Per Week
Job Duties:
- Manages all aspects of Brand Ambassador team including: training, weekly event execution, and reporting
- Provides direction to Brand Ambassadors while continuously evaluating performance
- Responsible for communicating Brand Ambassador schedule changes to client and ATN
- Maintains a working partnership with local wholesaler and key accounts
- Performs pre-calls and checklists in preparation for sampling events
- Ensures Brand Ambassadors are properly equipped with merchandise and materials needed to execute sampling events
- Monitors event execution while ensuring all key brand KPIs are achieved
- Submits program deliverables accurately and on time each week
- Knowledge of local alcohol beverage laws
- Performs additional duties as assigned
