Role:  Contractor – Recruiter

Event:  Not Applicable

Overview:  ATN Event Staffing is seeking contractors for our referral recruitment program for Bay Area promotional events for the month of July.

The duration of this project is 1 month and the hours (how many and when) are contractor’s choice. All recruiters are location independent and not required to be onsite at any location.

Location/Date/Hours:

• San Francisco
  • July 1st – July 26th – Hours are contractor’s choice

Job Duties:

• Recruiter will use personal and professional outreach to recruit new San Francisco based talent into the ATN staff database
• Recruitment may be done in a variety of ways including but not limited to: personal referrals, social media networking, email blasts, phone calls, texts, and flyer-ing

Qualifications:

• Possesses industry experience
• Has an active ATN profile
• Is social media savvy and a knack for acquiring A+ industry talent and a desire to expand their skillset within the event marketing industry

Rate: $50/per recruit – terms and conditions:

• A one time payout is issued per recruit
• Recruit must work a specific outlined event (detailed job ad info will be given)
• Recruit must be new to ATN
• Recruit must reside in the Bay Area
• Recruit must work the job to satisfactory completion as agreed

This is the ideal temp project for a person who is seeking to make some extra money in their free time, enjoys networking with peers/viable candidates and is looking to expand their experience to the staffing side of the event marketing industry.

Those that do well may be asked to extend their contract.
