Role: Safety Ambassador

Event:  Pageant Event

Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking proactive, detail-oriented safety ambassadors for an exciting, popular pageant event. Ambassadors will assist the production team with daily registration and screening.

*COVID safety protocol will be followed – staff will be COVID tested on arrival and must remain in the “bubble” of crew. Private hotel room and meals provided*

Location/Date/Hours:

Memphis, TN

October 31st – November 9th

7:00am – 5:00pm

Job Duties:

• Temperature screen those entering the building
• Distribute/collect registration forms – ensure all guests fill out a form
• Wipe down tables, pens and all elements that need cleaning
• Keep event area tidy and organized
• General event support as needed

Qualifications:

• Responsible, personable and detail-oriented
• Highly professional and a great, upbeat attitude
• Must be a team player
