The experiential and event marketing industry is HOT right now. More than ever, brands are turning to live marketing events to connect with consumers on a personal level. But that humanization and personalization wouldn’t be possible without the people representing the brand, AKA brand ambassadors.
The primary responsibility of a brand ambassador is to communicate and engage with consumers through face-to-face interactions. Additionally, brand ambassadors convey brand messaging, assist with giveaways and/or activities, and promote a positive brand-to-consumer association. Through these interactions, brand ambassadors help to drive brand awareness and form long-lasting connections that create loyal customers.
Being a brand ambassador offers people a wide range of job opportunities and encompasses a variety of skill sets. Because there are so many different types of events, from trade-shows to street team marketing to product sampling events, there is something for just about everyone!
